When we established Hartley’s of Paris in 1995, little did we know how successful our concept of French design combined with
traditional English craftsmanship would be. We quickly gained a reputation throughout Europe for the design, production and
installation of our flatwoven rugs, wool carpets and rugs that were both stylish and durable. Hartley & Tissier offers three different
products: Flatweave carpets, hand tufted rugs and bespoke carpets (Axminster). As we have grown, we have expanded our product
range by adding many colours and patterns in our stock. Today, with our offices, warehouse and workshop in Cheltenham, we are able
to meet the worldwide demand for high quality wool rugs.
